How do I get my music on Holiness Voices Radio?
If you would like us to play your music please email to radio@holinessvoices.org the following: mp3 files of your cd's with the metadata filled in along with your name, phone number, email address, web page (if you have one), the name of the church you attend and your pastor's name & phone number. Click here to download artist agreement.
If you would rather snail mail your CD then send all of the above information to the following address:

Please be aware that by sending your music you agree that: you have the rights to it, you do not require royalties to play it, and it becomes our property upon receipt. Upon receipt of your music we will review it for appropriateness for our station. This is based solely on our discretion and is not subject to appeal.

What can I do to help?
Artists can help us out when recording their CDs by ensuring their music is formatted with the metadata fully populated with song name, album, artist, composer (songwriter), album artwork, etc.
Everyone can
   Pray. We covet your prayers for the Lord’s direction to make this station everything He would have it to be.
   Give. We also humbly ask that you take our need for financial support to the Lord in prayer and be willing to give as He may lead you.
   Tell. Get the word out! Tell your friends and neighbors! Send them to our website or look us up on tunein!

Who do I contact if I have a suggestion or experience problems?
If you have a suggestion to improve this ministry, we are excited to hear it. Also, if you ever experience any problems with our website, players, or radio stream please send us a quick email at radio@holinessvoices.org.

Are my donations tax deductible?
Any donations made as instructed above will be given a tax slip per the IRS guidelines.

How can I donate?
You can mail a check written out to Gospel Light Tabernacle to 21 Gospel Lane, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411. Please write in the memo section HVR or Holiness Voices Radio.

What are donations beyond the operating costs used for?
There are always opportunities for improvement. Any donations beyond the yearly operating costs will be reinvested in improvements to this ministry. A few such improvements we are currently considering are: increased bandwidth to support a higher quality audio stream and more listeners, more GB to store addition audio files for you to listen to.

Can you send me music from your library?
We are happy to furnish contact information for the artists we play on this station to give you access to the best music ever recorded this side of Heaven. Sending music to you directly from our library would be an infringement of copyright not covered by our agreements or licensing. In support of the copyright holders both Holiness and otherwise, please do not ask us to do this.
